SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout, based on the weight of the order and the destination. This ensures fair shipping charges for all of our customers. We take great care to package your order so that it is not damaged during shipping, however, we cannot take responsibility for items that are uninsured and damaged during shipping.

Australia
The applicable shipping options will automatically be displayed for your order at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Registered & Insured Post
For high value orders it is RECOMMENDED that you use the Registered Post option (that includes up to $100 insurance). For orders of very high value it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use the Registered Post & Fully Insured option (that includes insurance to the value of the order). For more information on Australia Post conditions visit the Australia Post web site. You will need to sign for any package that is sent by registered post. IF YOU CHOOSE AN UNINSURED OPTION, SHIPPING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Shipping Times
pint.com.au will dispatch your goods within 5 business days. Note that the Estimated Shipping Time listed at checkout is an estimation from Australia Post and does not take into account the time it takes for us to process and package your order.

Tracking Your Order
If you do not receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks of the Estimated Shipping Time, do not hesitate to contact us, however, any orders being shipped in standard (as opposed to registered) post cannot be tracked by us. We are not able to cover shipping damage on items that are not insured, however, we would like to know about any orders that are lost or damaged in the mail. If you receive an order that is insured and is damaged contact us immediately and we will take the issue up with Australia Post.

Package Size
The maximum package size allowed using the available shipping methods is 20kg (including packaging material). If your order is exceeds this limit it will be split into 2 or more packages. The number of packages to be sent is displayed when you choose your shipping method. Please note that multiple packages may not arrive to you on the same day.

International
Not Currently Available, you will not be allowed to complete the transaction when checking out if you have an international address.

RETURNS

Our return policy is simple - no questions asked - if you return an item it will be replaced or you will be refunded to the value of your returned item, whichever you prefer. However, shipping charges will not be refunded and refunds will only be given if the item is not damaged.
