Beers Produced
FNQ Lager - So good you have to FNQ for it. Naturally brewed with fresh floral hop aromas, the colour is quite pale, with a crisp and clean flavour.

Cairns Gold - Displays similar properties to FNQ Lager, with additional hops to add body and flavour so you won't even know you're drinking low alcohol, midstrength beer.

Reef Blonde - Our low carb beer, with 95% less sugar than a normal beer, resulting in a dry clean finish, The aroma and after-taste are thanks to ‘Nelson Sauvin’ hops grown only in New Zealand’s Marlborough wine region, famed for its Sauvignon Blanc wine.

Blue Sky Pilsner - A traditional Czech-style beer, made using imported Czech yeast and specialty saaz hops. With a dry but malty finish.

Woody Ale - A dark, flavoursome and complex English-style Ale served ‘on wood’. Displays some toasted malt flavours and is blended perfectly with a delicate hop finish – you won’t be disappointed.

True Blue Stout - A ‘big’, dark beer made with a variety of malts and hops. Has a slight coffee flavour from the large amount of roasted malt.

Ginger Blue - A Blue Sky Brewery specialty - with a refreshingly clean ginger sting, this is perfect for a hot summer’s day.
